Refund policy

Domestic and Non-EU returns will be accepted for 30 days from delivery, items must be returned in good condition unless damaged upon arrival. For damaged goods you have the option for a free replacement part or a refund upon return of all pieces including the broken one. International items will not be replaced but a shipping claim must be initiated as they are insured. Any damaged items upon arrival must be documented with images within 3 days of arrival. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility if the return if for buyer grievances.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal:

Under EU consumer protection laws, buyers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify us of their decision to cancel the order within this 14-day window.

The buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility. All returned items must be shipped back in their original, unmodified condition. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the physical items back or until the buyer provides official tracking proof of the return shipment.
